About the Job :
We are looking for a Partner to join our Client’s (a leading Tier 2 law firm) PE/VC practice in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions. A portable book of business is preferred, but we are equally open to a strong Execution Partner ready to grow alongside the firm’s existing client base.
Eligibility :
✔ Seasoned PE/VC lawyer with partner-track or current partner experience
✔ Strong experience in PE/VC investments & exit transactions
✔ Ability to independently lead client relationships
✔ Based out of or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
✔ Portable book of business (preferred, not mandatory)
Responsibility :
(i) Lead and execute PE/VC transactions
(ii) Advise clients on investments, exits & structuring
(iii) Build and manage client relationships
(iv) Contribute to growth of the firm’s PE/VC practice
