About the Job :
Pant & Co is looking to add a Senior Associate and a Principal Associate to its Mumbai office. If your current work experience revolves around project finance (advising lenders and borrowers) across infrastructure and renewable energy projects, advising NBFCs and banking institutions on lending transactions, regulatory issues, term loans, and refinancing.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 0–3 years PQE (Freshers may also apply)
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong legal research & drafting skills
(vi) Must have experience of appearance before the District Courts.
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Draft pleadings, notices, opinions and other legal documents
(iv) Assist in court proceedings and client matters
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
