About the Job :
PSL Advocates & Solicitors invites applications for the position of Senior Associate to join its Arbitration and Commercial Litigation practice at its Delhi office. We are looking for professionals with 4-7 years of PQE who have substantial exposure to complex commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings, and who are keen to work on high-value, challenging mandates in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
(ii) 4-7 years of PQE who have substantial exposure to complex commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings
(iii) Reading Kannada is must.
(iv) Strong knowledge of legal terminology. principles, and practices.
(v) Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
(vi) Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Draft pleadings and applications.
(iv) Compile records and case materials.
(v) Assist in in handling arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation before various judicial forums.
(vi) Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.
