About the Job :
Quadra Legal is looking for an Associate to join its Corporate M&A practice at its office in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Preparation of papper work and filing cases.
(iii) PQE of 2–3 Years.
(iv) Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel , email handling, pdf tools, e-filing)
(v) Familiarity with court filing procedures and administration.
(vi) Independently handling legal transactions and drafting and reviewing agreements.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including leave and license, lease agreements, sale agreements, development agreements, PAAAs, legal notices, etc.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate advisory matters.
(v) Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
