About the Job :
S. Majumdar & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate (3–5 PQE) to join their Trade Marks Team in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Experience: 3–5 year PQE
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
(ii) Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
(iii) Attend show cause hearings
(iv) Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
(v) Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
(vi) Manage client portfolios and client communication
