About the Job :
Sammaan Capital Limited is looking to hire a legal professional for its Corporate & Commercial Legal Team. The role offers an opportunity to work on corporate lending, project finance transactions, commercial contracts, and legal advisory matters in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Eligibility :
(i) 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
(ii) Strong analytical and research skills
(iii) Strong English communication and writing skills
(iv) Prior exposure to financing transactions and commercial contracts is preferred.
(v) Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
