About the Job :
Sarvaank Associates is looking to onboard an Associate to join its team in New Delhi on a full-time, on-site basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-growth start-ups, investors, and funds on complex corporate transactions.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate/PE/VC/M&A work
(iv) Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Knowledge of legal compliances and regulatory requirements
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in drafting legal notices, legal agreements, settlement drafts, and other legal communications
(ii) Conducting legal research relating to banking laws, financial regulations, and recovery mechanisms
(iii) Supporting arbitration proceedings and related documentation
(iv) Drafting and reviewing investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, term sheets, etc.)
(v) Assisting in handling loan settlement matters involving secured and unsecured loan facilities
(vi) Supporting negotiations with creditors, banks, NBFCs, and authorized representatives
(vii) Conducting legal research across corporate, regulatory, and data privacy laws
