About the Job :
Saxena & Associates is hiring an Associate with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and litigation experience to join its team in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
• Minimum 5 years of PQE.
• Prior exposure to commercial litigation and corporate advisory is preferred.
• Ability to manage demanding timelines
• Clear thinking and responsiveness
• Strong accountability and work ethic
• Ability to take ownership of assigned work
Responsibility :
• Hands-on involvement in corporate transactions and advisory matters
• Working on General Corporate Advisory and M&A assignments
• Managing demanding timelines while maintaining quality
• Handling work with precision, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Exposure to international and cross-border matters
