About the Job :
SD & Associates is currently looking for one full-time Associate and one Paralegal to join its Mumbai-based corporate law practice immediately.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Associate (PQE: 1–2 years)
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
