About the Job :
SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of (1) one Senior Associate and the position of (1) one Associate to join our growing litigation and disputes practice. We are a boutique law firm specialising in commercial disputes, ADRs, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Associate: 1–2 years PQE in litigation
(iv) A strong foundational understanding of civil law and procedural codes.
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Comfortable with court appearances
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in drafting legal notices, legal agreements, settlement drafts, and other legal communications
(ii) Conducting legal research relating to banking laws, financial regulations, and recovery mechanisms
(iii) Supporting arbitration proceedings and related documentation
(iv) Manage matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and tribunals
(v) Assisting in handling loan settlement matters involving secured and unsecured loan facilities
(vi) Supporting negotiations with creditors, banks, NBFCs, and authorized representatives
(vii) Communicating with clients under supervision and assisting in client interactions
