About the Job :

Eligibility :
(i) LLB/LLM graduates
(ii) 6 months–1 year experience in Legal Research/Compliance
(iii) Strong knowledge of statutory laws & regulations
(iv) Excellent research, analytical & communication skills
Responsibility :
(i) Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs
(ii) Supporting regulatory and compliance research
(iii) Assisting with vendor and partner agreements
(iv) Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS
(v) Conducting legal research and preparing legal notes
(vi) Supporting the legal team on day-to-day corporate legal matters
