The Chambers of Aditi Anil Dani, AoR (New Delhi) is looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our team.

Eligibility :
• LLB degree from a recognised university
• Strong command of English – mandatory
• Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
• Sound understanding of legal principles, court procedures and professional ethics
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines
• Practice Areas: Taxation, Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Consumer Protection, and more. Forums: Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and various other courts.
Responsibility :
• Conducting legal research and case-law analysis across diverse areas of law
• Drafting legal notices, pleadings, applications, research notes, opinions and other legal documents
• Assisting with corporate, commercial, compliance and due diligence matters
• Handling research and preparation relating to ongoing civil and matrimonial cases
• Assisting in case preparation, documentation and development of legal strategy
• Tracking legal developments, statutory amendments and relevant judgments
• Attending court proceedings, handling court-related work and assisting with filing and procedural requirements
• Participating in professional discussions and client meetings
• Coordinating case-related work, maintaining documentation and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Taking ownership of assigned matters and contributing actively to the day-to-day functioning of the office
