About the Job :
The Chambers of Mr Krishnan Venugopal, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, is accepting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation).
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Minimum 2 years of prior work experience in litigation exposure to commercial, constitutional, and arbitration matters preferred.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
