About the Job :
The Max Legal-Solicitors & Advocates is inviting applications for two Legal Associate positions at its office in Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
(ii) Only Delhi-based candidates may apply.
(iii) Candidates must have a 1–3 years experience of active litigation experience.
(iv) Candidates should possess strong legal drafting skills.
(v) Candidates should have sound knowledge of court procedures, filing processes and litigation practice.
(vi) Candidates should have excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
(vii) Candidates should have experience in independently handling matters, court appearances and client coordination.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
