About the Job :
The Associate Advocate position at the Office of Sparsh Chaudhary is suited for young legal professionals who are committed to litigation and eager to build their practice. The role offers exposure to criminal and civil litigation before the Delhi High Court and District Courts of Delhi, with the opportunity to independently handle cases.
Eligibility :
(i) Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
(ii) 0–1 year of litigation experience.
(iii) Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Strong drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
(vii) Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Independently handle litigation matters from drafting to final arguments.
