About the Job :
TheLegist, they are looking for an Intellectual Property Investigator to join their growing enforcement team in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Experience in trademark and copyright investigations
(v) Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions
(vi) Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Responsibility :
(i) Court appearances
(ii) Conducting field and market investigations relating to trademark infringement
(iii) Conducting legal research and case analysis
(iv) Client coordination
(v) Assisting the legal team during raids, seizures, and enforcement actions
(vi) Assisting with legal research and drafting
