About the Job :
TMGURU LLP, an IPR boutique firm, is inviting applications from freshers for the position of Associate in its IP & Corporate Practice. The role provides practical exposure to trademark prosecution, opposition proceedings, intellectual property research, client portfolio management, and litigation-related work.
Eligibility :
• Law degree from a recognised university
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi
• AIBE cleared
• Freshers only
• Candidate must be a resident of Delhi
• Comfortable commuting to the Trademark Registry, Dwarka
Responsibility :
• Conducting public searches and preparing comprehensive reports and opinions
• Drafting and filing trademark applications
• Preparing responses to examination reports
• Handling oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidence
• Maintaining and updating the office MIS
• Briefing clients and managing client portfolios
• Commuting to the Trademark Registry at Dwarka, Delhi, as required
• Drafting legal notices and suits
• Attending hearings before District Courts, High Court, and NCLT
• Assisting with miscellaneous litigation work
