About the Job :
As a premier law firm in India, TS Law Chambers is expanding its Litigation Practice in New Delhi. We are seeking a competent and driven Senior Associates to join our litigation practice. The role involves extensive court exposure, independent matter handling, and active participation in complex litigation and arbitration matters across multiple forums.
Eligibility :
(i) 3–6 years in litigation practice (preference for experience before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court)
(ii) Strong litigation background with demonstrated court experience
(iii) Ability to independently manage matters and work under pressure
(iv) Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
(v) Effective communication and client-handling abilities
(vi) Organized and detail-oriented approach to case management
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
