About the Job :
White & Brief is seeking a technically strong Senior Associate to handle complex Indirect Tax and Customs matters across advisory and litigation, with a focus on advanced drafting, research, and independent matter management.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Experience: 4–6 years (Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation)
(iv) A strong foundational understanding of civil law and procedural codes.
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Lead research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters
(ii) Draft opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently
(iii) Interpret case laws and regulatory developments
(iv) Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives
