About the Job :
Applications are invited for the position of Associates to work closely on diversified litigation and advisory matters with Adv Abhijeet Gathraj. The role offers hands-on exposure to complex legal work in a dynamic professional environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Basic understanding of court procedures
(v) Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
(vi) Minimum 2 years PQE
(vii) Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, and other legal pleadings
(ii) Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal regulations
(v) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
(vi) Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(vii) Representing the company in court proceedings
