About the Job :
Tekmonks is looking for a highly skilled legal professional with strong expertise in Patent Law and Intellectual Property Rights, preferably with prior experience as a Patent Lawyer in India. Exposure to US patent law will be a significant advantage.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong experience in Intellectual Property Law
(ii) Experienced Legal professional with experience in filling patent for software in either india or US
(iii) Prior patent filing/prosecution experience in India
(iv) Understanding of technology-driven businesses
(v) Experience with US patents/corporate law is preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Lead patent filing, prosecution, and IP strategy
(ii) Manage and protect company IP assets
(iii) Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
(iv) Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
(v) Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
