Noida-based Sirius Foods Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Legal Executive with at least one year of experience in legal or corporate legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 1 year of experience in legal or corporate legal work.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Local candidates are preferred.
(vi) Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Maintain legal records and documents.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Handle legal documentation and agreements.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
(v) Support day-to-day legal and compliance-related matters.
