Global Legal Counsels is looking for a remote Legal Research & Drafting Associate, ideal for a law student or recent graduate who wants real exposure to US, UK and Australian legal work.
Eligibility :

Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
(v) Handle evidence gathering, witness interviews, and discovery
(vi) Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration
(vii) Negotiate settlements where appropriate
