LEXCLAIM is expanding our intellectual property practice and is looking for a talented patent analyst who is ready to make an impact. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, conducting in-depth patent research, and working at the intersection of innovation and law, we’d love to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) 1–3 years of experience in IP or Patent Analysis
(ii) Experience in patent filing, patent research, or prior art analysis is an added advantage
(iii) Passion for Intellectual Property and emerging technologies
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) TIFAC Scholars preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications
(ii) Handling opposition, rectification and related proceedings before the Trade Mark Registry
(iii) Drafting notices, pleadings, written submissions and other litigation-related documentation
(iv) Legal research, portfolio management and compliance with statutory deadlines.
(v) Drafting plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, appeals and related court pleadings.
(vi) Assisting in commercial agreements, advisory work and dispute resolution matters.
(vii) Appearances before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Registry, District Courts and the High Court.
