The Office of Dr Aditya Khullar has opened up applications for the position of a privacy lead to work with them. The Office of Dr Aditya Khullar is looking to have a Privacy resource in their team. The potential candidate is expected to perform his/her duties wrt the below KRA charter.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Risk and compliances audit projects like ISO, PCIDSS, SOC2, PIMS, etc. implementation and end to end delivery practical experience.
(iii) Experience range of 4-8 years
(iv) Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel , email handling, pdf tools, e-filing)
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Indian Privacy law adherence i.e. DPDPA. This includes implementation and operations know-how for multiple platforms like Consent management, DSAR, cookie preference management, etc. like 10 more genres extensive knowledge and practical use case exposure for deployment.
(iii) Global privacy regulations experience for laws like GDPR, PIPDEA, US Fed and state laws, Middle eastern laws etc. like 38 privacy laws across different Geo locations across the world and Adherence for the same. Global privacy knowledge is a MUST HAVE.
(iv) Privacy tool deployment experience end to end. Excellent if it’s on Trust Arc/One Trust platforms.
(v)Should be able to provide recommendations on the legal cases closely knitted with Data privacy. Review contracts and amendments from privacy/data security POV
