About the Job :
Trust Law is a boutique law firm based out of Bangalore and Delhi providing legal services across India. They are Hiring Real Estate Associate
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Experience: 1+ years in Real Estate
(iii) Strong proficiency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
(iv) Solid understanding of property laws
(v) Law degree with enrollment under the Karnataka State Bar Council
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Advise on real estate transactions
(iii) Draft and review agreements and property-related documents
(iv) Ability to prepare affidavits of use
(v) Conduct due diligence, verify property records, and prepare title reports
(vi) Good written and verbal communication skills
