About the Job :
3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate/Associate to join its General Corporate & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice in Gurugram. This is an on-site role suited for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and contract-related work.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–2 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract-related practice.
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Strong drafting skills and experience with commercial agreements
(iv) Excellent written and spoken English
(v) Strong legal research, drafting, and contract review skills
Responsibility :
(i) The role involves supporting the firm’s Contract Lifecycle Management practice by assisting clients across the contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, administration, and post-execution management of commercial contracts.
(ii) Good understanding of commercial agreements and contract management processes
(iii) Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
(iv) A proactive, process-oriented, and team-focused approach
(v) Familiarity with legal technology or CLM platforms will be an added advantage
