About the Internship :
Delta Juris Advisors is inviting applications for the positions of Trainee Associate and Assessment Intern. This opportunity is designed for candidates seeking meaningful exposure to real legal work rather than routine assignments. Selected candidates will work on live matters involving legal research, drafting, case support, document review, and legal analysis.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Prior experience of 0-2 years in litigation, advisory, contracts, or legal drafting will be preferred
(iii) Strong research and analytical skills
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong legal research and drafting skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Drafting and reviewing notices, legal opinions, agreements, pleadings, applications, and internal legal notes.
(v) Preparing chronologies, issue notes, case summaries, evidence charts, and document bundles
