About the Internship :
Garima Gupta Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation practice, contract management, and corporate legal work in a professional office environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong command over legal drafting and English
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Good drafting and research skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Assist in document review and case preparation
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Conduct legal research and case law analysis
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : 3 months
