About the Internship :
Legal Delighti s inviting applications for the position of Legal Compliance Intern. This is a long-term internship with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance work under the Companies Act, 2013.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Law students interested in corporate compliance and advisory work
(iii) Strong legal research and analytical skills
(iv) Strong research and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal drafting and documentation
(ii) Working on commercial lease agreements and property due diligence
(iii) Handling IPR-related matters
(iv) Conducting legal research
(v) Exposure to RBI, FEMA, and other industry-specific laws
Duration : Minimum 6 months
