About the Internship :
Treelife is hiring a Legal Intern (Transactions). During the internship, selected candidates will work closely with the team on live matters, gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. The role involves conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents, supporting compliance processes, and performing legal research.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Keen interest in transactional work
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct due diligence
(ii) Prepare transaction documents
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Support compliance processes
(vi) Support drafting of contracts and agreements
Duration : Minimum 1 months
