About the Internship :
Vasista Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern to support its intellectual property and technology law-related initiatives. The internship offers practical exposure to intellectual property rights, legal research, documentation, and IP portfolio management.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Good research, drafting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct basic legal research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology Laws.
(ii) Assist in IP documentation and portfolio management.
(iii) Support trademark, copyright, and other IP-related activities.
(iv) Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
Duration : Minimum 3 Months.
