About the Internship :
Yantra Packs is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern to support its legal and compliance functions. The selected intern will work closely with the Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams on contract management, legal documentation, compliance tracking, and legal operations.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Possess good communication and drafting skills
(v) Have basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Supporting RTI drafting and procedural work
(iv) Conducting legal research on statutory and regulatory matters
(v) Assisting in drafting commercial applications
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
