Notice Issued by Gauhati HC in a PIL filed against refusal of State Hospitals to treat non-covid patients

Justice Sanjay Kumar Medhi, Justice Nani Tagia, and Justice Manish Choudhury have been appointed as the Additional Judges of the Gauhati High Court, by the President of India. The president exercises this power under Article 271(1) of the Constitution of India.
