About the Internship :
SKAY Partners (Advocates & Solicitors) is inviting applications for assessment internships in its litigation and non-litigation profiles. SKAY Partners is looking for candidates in the final year of 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses for assessment internships commencing from November 2026 onwards.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn
(vi) Prior law-firm or corporate legal internship experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 3 months
