About the Internship :
Parens Patrice is inviting applications from law students pursuing B.A. LL.B or LL.B for internships during November and December.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Applicants should have a keen interest in litigation and arbitration.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 months
