About the Internship :
Adhyayan Foundation for Policy and Research (AFPR) is inviting applications for its Policy Research Internship. The internship is conducted principally at a distance, with an optional arrangement at the AFPR office in Lucknow. The internship has a minimum tenure of eight weeks, with an expected commitment of 15 to 20 hours each week.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Have an interest in court-based legal work
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• Applicants from the fields of law, public policy, political science, economics, international relations, social work, and environmental studies are preferred.
Duration : Minimum 2 months
