About the Internship :
Alpha Corporate Legal is inviting applications from law students in their 3rd year and onwards for internships during November and December 2026 at its New Delhi office. The internship offers practical exposure primarily in corporate laws and an opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters in a professional and learning-oriented environment.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Have an interest in court-based legal work
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• The primary fields of work include civil and commercial litigation before the Supreme Court, Delhi HC, NCDRC, DRT and district courts and arbitration proceedings.
