About the Internship :
Advocate Shubham Singhal is seeking dedicated and driven legal interns to assist with litigation-related work and gain practical exposure to civil and criminal law proceedings in India. The internship offers hands-on experience in matters involving the SARFAESI Act and the practical application of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Possess good communication and drafting skills
(v) Have basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
