About the Internship :
CMC India is hiring a Legal Intern for a 6-month internship programme at its Noida office. The internship offers practical exposure to legal documentation, compliance management, and coordination with legal and banking stakeholders.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Possess good communication and drafting skills
(v) Have basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
