About the Internship :
AKT Law Offices is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated law students for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, litigation matters, and real-world legal assignments.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates should have a strong interest in Banking Law and Arbitration.
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Candidates should have strong client-handling and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Applicants should be able to conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Experience in client handling and legal documentation.
Duration : Minimum 1 months
