About the Internship :
Apotheose Law Chambers is inviting applications from motivated and passionate legal interns to join its team. The internship will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in white-collar crimes, criminal and civil litigation, company law, and related areas.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates should have a strong interest in Banking Law and Arbitration.
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Candidates should have strong client-handling and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Applicants should be able to conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Experience in client handling and legal documentation.
Duration : Minimum 1 months
