About the Internship :
Arihant Law Associates is inviting applications for its virtual internship programme scheduled for months of October, November & December 2026. The internship is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and court functioning across various specialised areas of legal practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open for Law students and recent graduates.
(ii) Prior exposure to litigation, corporate law, or compliance work is preferred.
(iii) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
(iv) Good written and verbal communication skills
(v) Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(vi) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities:
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
