About the Internship :
BharatPe Capital is inviting applications for a three-month Legal Internship in Contracts in Gurugram, offering law students practical exposure to contract drafting, review, negotiation and legal documentation.
Eligibility :
(i) BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB (Final Year or Fresh Graduates)
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong legal research skills
(v) Basic drafting and research skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Duration : Minimum 3 Month
