About the Internship :
Chambers of Deepto Giri is seeking an intern for its Kolkata chamber on a permanent basis, with work spanning District Court and High Court matters.
Eligibility :
(i) BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB (Final Year or Fresh Graduates)
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong command over written and spoken English.
(v) Fast and accurate typing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
