About the Internship :
Capillary Technologies is hiring a Legal Intern for a 6-month internship in Bangalore on a hybrid work model. The internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law within a SaaS environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Candidates should demonstrate initiative, ownership, and seriousness towards legal work
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Involvement in research, drafting and client deliverables
Duration : Minimum 6 months
