About the Internship :
Saloni Legal is inviting applications for a Remote Legal Internship. This role is suited for candidates who are genuinely interested in working on real legal tasks and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Candidates should demonstrate initiative, ownership, and seriousness towards legal work
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Involvement in research, drafting and client deliverables
Duration : Minimum 1 months
