About the Internship :
F&S Legal is hiring Summer Interns! An opportunity to work with seasoned professionals and gain hands-on exposure in Indirect Tax (core focus) with real-world impact. Gain hands-on exposure to Indirect Tax (GST & allied laws), work on real client matters, and learn from experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Strong interest in corporate and commercial laws
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Practical exposure to Indirect Tax (GST and allied laws)
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Involvement in research, drafting and client deliverables
Duration : Minimum 1 months
