About the Internship :
CK Birla Hospital is hiring Legal Interns for its Gurgaon office. The internship is intended for candidates interested in gaining practical legal exposure within the healthcare sector.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good communication and analytical abilities
(v) Selected interns will assist in legal and related assignments within the organisation’s healthcare and compliance framework.
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
(iv) Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
(v) Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
(vi) Maintain legal records and coordinate with stakeholders
