About the Internship :
RSLO & Advocates is offering an on-site Legal Internship beginning in July. The selected intern will assist the Associates and Partners of the firm in ongoing matters and gain hands-on exposure to litigation practice. The internship will also involve attending proceedings before various judicial forums, including the District Courts, the High Court of Delhi, and the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good communication and analytical abilities
(v) Have a genuine interest in litigation and courtroom practice
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
(iv) Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
(v) Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
(vi) Maintain legal records and coordinate with stakeholders
